well now that ive gotten over my injuries (broken ankle, pulled hamstring and broken wrist) and yes all from the same side, i really need to get my self back to the gym. Ive gained alot of weight around the midsection and ive also lost alot in my arms. But i know this is natural, bust your ass in the gym and loose it all in a day. Before i venture on to my new workout routine i need some advice from you gentleman.
Goals 16% body fat to about 8 or less....really looking to get cut by summer time, im moving to the south where there are tons of beach's so i mine as well start soon.
i weight about 180 and im 6 foot 2... So yes im basically a weakling...![]()
But onto my questions.
Does it really matter what time i workout during the day, take aside AM cardio. Which unfortunitly i have a feeling ill be bighting the bullet and headed off to the gym in the morning. But heres basically what im looking at. Ive heard some good success with AM cardio, and had good success, so thats a keeper. Ive also heard cardio before you go to bed is also very good because it keeps your metabolism up while you sleep...is this true? If so this is what im looking at
5am...Cardio
12:30 Lifting
8pm Cardio
Now i know this is an overdose on cardio, but i have realized that i love food alot, and i eat entirely to much. So while i get my diet in check, and maybe after the first initial surge ill cut out the PM cardio.
Also im thinking about the HST workout. It seems interesting but im going to add sort of my own flare to it, keep it interesting. Im not just looking to go out and get healthy, im kind of looking to change my lifestyle for the good. Go out hiking and rock climbing on the weekends, you know making fitness fun.
Im looking to run about a 12 week workout and then spring should be around and i can introduce things like clen or an eca stack. Now besides diet being very strict, which i have done before, and i know the reason for my good results was because of it, is there anything i can implement to my daily routines to help?
