I am currently doing pullovers with my chest and back workouts. I work out back on fridays and chest on sundays. On back days i do machine pullovers and really focus on my back during the movement. On chest days i do dumbll pullovers on a bench with my feet on the floor and my back on th bench really focusing on my chest in the movement. IS this unwise? Should i choose to perform the movement on only one of the days. I feel with the variation that they are almost different excercises entirely but i do not want to overkilll this either. If it is unwise of me to do with both training days then which day would i benefit more from by performing this excercise with, chest or back?
