4 day routine????
m- chest biceps
tu- back tris
wed- off
thurs- shoulders
fri- legs
Main goal is just upper body I run every am 6 miles My legs are big enough.
What can I do friday saturday sunday? I would like to hit chest as much as possible. How many days rest do I have to give it. Any routines would be of help.
