is this overtraining??
i have been working out with my brother recently and im feeling like i might be over training...our workouts go like this
chest
4 exercises with 4 sets of 10 reps and then we do alittle triceps...usually i only do 3 sets of 10 when i workout but my brother always does 4 sets with everything he does...am i overtraining by doing the 4 sets of 4 exercises?? every workout is like this whether its back or shoulders or legs...would it be more benificial to do 3 sets or 4??

For chest, 4 exercises works great for me.
2 presses, DB press, Incline Press
1 Isolation exercise, DB incline
1 cable fly
For tricep, I like beating the life out of them, I pretty much go till I can't move my arm, triceps are 2/3's of your arm, blast them hard

I think over training is something everyone needs to watch for but it can be hard to spot. Over training is like diet very person specific, some people over train very easily and others dont. It depends on the person but no it does not sound like you are over training
