    Is there a difference?

I understand that fat loss is all about maintaining a heart rate in your own target zone. My question is this though. Is there a difference in an incline walk over jogging assuming i reach the same heart rate at both? Both would be for 30 min.

no, there's no difference. 155 BPM is 155 BPM's no matter if you get there from running, incline walking, sex, etc....
