No Change on scale but thinner?

I just started workout out really hard a month ago and cutting food and doing cardio, but I have only changed a few pounds on the scale but I look thinner and my measurements are less. Is it possible that I gained as much muscle as I lost fat? Or is there a different explanation for this?

adding muscle and losing fat. I've done it before...very very subtle though. Gotta have my calories in an exact range and hit cardio nearly every day...

i can't stand this. scale weight just pisses me off. I been dieting and working my ass off and i have increased scale weight but dropped BF% and in better shape overall. It just sucks cause that scale weight mental gets to you. Call me a woman but god damn. just go down already

    Your storing more glycogen.

Keep up the good work and throw your scale away.
