    Training lagging body parts 2 times /week?

    my chest needs to catch up to the rest of my upper body , would it be ok to train it 2 x /week .
    12 sets , 4-10 reps

    i also like doing legs 2 x a week , a heavy day and a light day

    Personally i would say no! hitting a lagging body part twice a week dose not mean it will cause greater hypertrophy in that area, it may even lead to overtraining.

    less is more in bodybuilding.... but there may be other factors to consider like if your on gear ect, you may get away with it depending on what your taking..
