Personally i would say no! hitting a lagging body part twice a week dose not mean it will cause greater hypertrophy in that area, it may even lead to overtraining.
less is more in bodybuilding.... but there may be other factors to consider like if your on gear ect, you may get away with it depending on what your taking..
