hey all my question is why is it that i look about 20lbs lighter than what i really am? I weigh in the low 200's and when people see that they are amazed and say i look 180-185. I wonder it myself...Any explanations?

Post some pictures, might help. Maybe you have heavy bones.
i have the exact opposite thing going on. i get of the scale and then look in the mirror and i'm like wtf! i try not to let it bother me because it's the way you look that's the important thing.
some people are just a poor judge of weight...especially those who do not lift.
dont forget that muscle is a lot heavier than fat

this is true but i wonder much like this guy becuase the guys i see in the gym that are real lean look like they weight about 220 atleast and there are barley braking 200. and when i was on my last cycle i got up to 195 but only looked like a good 180/85, and my bf was like at 17%.Originally Posted by Kale
