    New Plan

    I'm 20 years old 192lbs . Been training for about 2 years now serious. I was allways doing as much sets as possible , reppin out, goin crazy till i'm exausted to gain size. WRONG! Stupid. Just tearin my muscles burnin them off. Well now i'm doing for all big body parts no more than 40 reps all together. For smaller bodyparts no more than 26 all together.

    Big Muscles- 40 reps
    Small Muscles- 26 reps

    This may not seem like alot, but i'm going crazy in the gym, heavy heavy weight. I feel great, seems to be working excellent.

    My question to you guys "Is any one else lifting like this?" If so please reply tell me hwo you like it and the results youv'e gotten. Ive been doing this for 2 weeks and ive went up in weight in everything so far. Its Greatttt.


    Also how much cardio should i do a week .. Remeber i'm tryin to bulk up. thanx
