hey guys, if you wanted to do chest twice a week, what would be the best chest workout log in your opinion to follow ? and im talking the most hardcore. again twice a week.

why twice a week?
Im assuming your chest is lagging (but probably not as much as your hams/quads)
more isnt better, the chest is kinda a medium sized group. It needs rest. Overtraining (which imo twice a week with "Hardcore" workouts would do) will result in piss poor results.

Here is one "Hard Core" chest routine I enjoy which also borders on overtraining.
1. Incline Bench with Bar.
4x5-10 reps
2. Flat Bench with D.B.
3x8-12
Drop set 1x10 @ 5-10lbs less than first db amount
3. Dips
3x8-12 with 3 neg's on last set.
4. DB flys
3x10-14
4. DB Pullovers
3x10

man, after i workout my chest i cant touch it again for 6 days before my next workout, its so sore, if ppl poke me i cry, if you can workout your chest twice in a week your not doin somethin right, look at the workouts your doin, the reps/ and amount of weight, and adjust accordingly imo
