as i have posted before, i have just gotten back into the swing of things as far as working out. i have had many people tell me to do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, because it will help me burn more fat. i usually workout in b/t shifts on the days when i work which are mon., tues., thur., fri., and then sat. i workout in the a.m., but is it o.k. to do my cardio in the morning before i go to work in the a.m. and then hit the weights in b/t shifts before i go back to work in the p.m. or should i just stick to hitting the weights in b/t shifts and doing cardio right after? i usually do the eliptical machine for about 20 minutes everyday that i workout.
