When using a super set routine what is the proper way to run it.
Do you pyramid the weights? How many sets, reps, and exercises do you use?

When you do supersets or drop sets usually you are fatigued after the first set so the superset exercise is done with lighter weight (if proper form is used) and usually to failure. Do the harder or heavier exercise first.
