    Unhappy Belly fat

    I have a very small gut, right above my waist line. I have not been able to lose it. Suggestions? I eat very healthy. I hate to run, it kills my legs from when I used to have to run wearing wrestling shoes. Do I suck it up and run or bike or what. Thanks in advance

    try the stationary bike, eliptical, regular bike (if its not 20 degrees out)

    there are alot of low impact options, just gotta stick with it for awhile, and make sure your diet is on point.

    my diet is good....now. The last 4-6 months I have been crazy about my diet. I'll give the bike a try. How many days a week is good? Thanks

    well I usually do cardio 3-4 times a week. but some people do it everyday, it really depends on how high your body fat is. If your in a relatively low range 3 times a week should be fine.
