cardio
I have been working out for a few years but i never did cardio because. I stopped smokeing 2 weeks ago and i want to run... i WANT TO CUT BODY FAT im at 17% now it takes me about 30 min to run 2 miles... is this enough cardio for me if i run 3 times a week... Iv tried to research but i keep getting diff answers...

30 mins a day on a bike/stepper/treadmill/x trainer will do just fine.
Keep your HR at 220- age x .7 = and you will be good.
