    DB rows

    Ive heard you shouldnt turn your uper body because you might get injured, now this guy at the gym says you are suposed to turn the uper body at the top...now im all confused.

    your back should remain flat like a board...turning your back will not tweak your lats any more. It is not like turning out your wrist on a bicep curl. Keep you back flat, elbow tight into your body and when you get to the top contract the muscle hard for a beat. Then continue. And from now on..just nod and smile at that guy in the gym.

    Thanks bro thats what i thought!
    And i fear the nod and smile will be used plenty times in the future
