Is there a good or bad reasoning behind this? Or is it just whatever.
Sometimes I feel if I do 2 muscles, i.e. chest and tris, I cant do as much as I normally can due to doing chest right before.

ur bis would be toast from ur back workout on tuesday...so u should spread that out more

This is a good routine.
Check this out though
Chest/Triceps, do it same day becase Your triceps gets involved too much to hit it next day (at least in my workout) and You don't need many sets to do a great triceps workout.
Back - it is fine, You can do this one alone.
Biceps - same thing, it should be bit warmed up after yesterday, and like the other guy said "Your biceps will be toast after back workout". This would mean that You are doing Your back workout incorectly, or could do better. Remember You have to focus on Your back muscle when You workout, it is very easy to cheat by using biceps, shoulders etc. So You will know You are doing something wrong on You back day if Your biceps is too exhausted.
Biceps You can do alone no problem.
Now I would take a day off here because everyday workout is not good CNS wise (learned this one from someone smart on this boardHe was totally right)
Legs - good deal.
Shoulders - no problem.
Now day OFF.
Chest/Tricpes
Back
Biceps
OFF
Legs
Shoulders/Traps
OFF

i kno its a mental thing when you cant do "as much" but believe me your still getting the workout for em
i would consider combining tris back w/ chest and bis w/ back...tris and bis are such a small muscle group i dont feel they need their own seperate day
since ive started cutting i swapped up my routine to a chest/tris & back/bis day, and i only to 2 exercises for tris and bis...typically only 6 sets for each...being they're such a small muscle group you dont need to murder em w/ their own day!
