    DO i need to do my legs???

    heres the deal, I weight train 5 days aweek at nighttime,
    chest=monday
    arms=tuesday
    legs=wednesday
    shoulders=thursday
    back=friday
    abs=tuesday and thursday

    i also run 5 days aweek on the afternoon, i do lot of hill runs and my legs ache everyday. feels like a good weight workout.

    SHOULD I
    do what i used to on my legs? heavy workout.
    Dont do legs anymore?
    light workout on legs?
    or anyother ideas.

    Why would you consider stopping training legs, I consider them the most important muscle group.

    If you don't train legs you'll fall all over the place like this

    upper body too heavy for lower body...

    lol i do this impression all the time around my juicebuddy that doesnt train legs and has an enormous upper body. It looks so odd.

    the only reason i would even consider stoping mate is because of how much of a workout my legs get during my runs. Up hill all the time awsome for my legs.

    I know from experience that running long distances will make your legs sore, but it won't build strength to any significant degree. It's just pure cardio.

    yes, you will need to train your legs, I would consider moving your leg day up by a couple of days and running maybe 4 days out the week. However i wouldn't run to great extreme on leg day and maybe the day after as well. good luck.
