NO days off
I have shortened my sessions, made them more intense, and sarted lifting one heavy one light day, 2x a week..I haven't had a day off in 14 days......legs rests my upper body and arms is an aka rest day...cardio is 1x a week MAX.......AND I ambeating my last weeks numbers by either one rep or 5lbs on every major lift........why is this? Is it because my nutrition is good? Well rested? sit for 8 hours in an office before I train? 300mg of cyp a week? or just because I am i such a weak state, that there is no room but up?? I mean, 6 months ago 135 on bench was a struggle...not the weight per se, but my shlders and limbs and body was so beaten up, it was hell....this week, I knocked out 195 for an eazy one prob. 2..........thoughts?

Rest is needed for growth, I suppose you can still have the strength gains with diet and not completely overdoing it. Cyp could have something to do with it as well.

Its the cyp, obviously. If you werent on the sauce you wouldnt make any gains. And NO, doing arms isnt considered a day off for your legs.

C', nobody can really tell you why your numbers are going up on a week to week basis other than yourself, bro.
As far as training muscle groups twice a week- one heavy, one moderate/light- most guys here are going to say it won't help (I'm probably one of them). Just take the criticism/suggestions your given and roll with what you think is best at this point.

So according to what you're telling us here, you really don't need to sleep. Period. Yeah, you're getting 8 hours of quality rest while sitting at your desk Monday - Friday.

Man, if you look at all of your post over the past several months, what is the common theme? The greatest common denominator that I find is that you're always going to do it your way, regardless of what everyone else says. Your inability to adhere to basic fitness/dieting principles drives us all crazy on this board.

Refer to the name of this thread (NO DAYS OFF). There's no one on this board that would recommend you working out 14 straight days with no rest.
I'm very sorry man, I shouldn't have posted in this thread. I apologize if I came across as being negative or condescending.
