to much cardio???
I recently go laid off of work. I want to cut as much fat as possible while i can. What whould be the maximun amount of cardio I can do in one day? Now I am doing 60min everyday first am and working out @ 500pm for 30-45min a 5 days a week. I am also on a cutting diet that is very close to the cutting sticky diet.

I would think that would be enough, if you really want more do a half hour after you workout.

It really depends, how much energy you consume compared to how much energy you utilize. For example, Im currently bulking and play hockey 3X a week therfore if I use the Harris-Bendict Formula it would be flawed since I would need to cosume more. Just re-evaluate yourself every 2 weeks or so and adjust, obviously if you are losing weight to fast and catabolic the adjust your diet and cardio. If the contrary then readjust the macros and/or perhaps up the cardio
