    Leg Workout

    Does any body here do any light cardio eg the exercise bike for 20-25 min after leg workout? Does it help flush out the lactic acid buildup from legs?

    After legs the only thing I wanna do is go home, I may hop on the bike before for 5 or 10 minutes just to warm them up.

    10minutes of light resistance high cadence halpes me recover about a day quicker

    I wouldnt do cardio on leg day at all.

    Light cardio that isnt quad stimulating the day after is good tho

    First off, just want to say I absolutely hate leg days because they drain the hell out of me. I seriously want to lay on the couch and do nothing the rest of the day....except, of course, eat.

    I always make sure to stretch in the beginning of the workout when I'm lifting light weights to warm up and then at the end to keep them from tightening up. I'll usually do about 10 minutes on the bike machine the day after to get the mucles warmed back up and the blood flowing. That always seems to help with recovery and soreness.
