    cardio

    how much cardio should be done if you want to lose some bodyfat? I know for bulking or maintaing you should just do some cardio 3x a week for 20-30min.

    I personally get the best results when I'm doing cardio 7 days a week, early AM on an empty stomach, 60-70% max hear rate and for 45min-1hr.

    you cand do the 7 days way

    or do longer session on lessers days i.e 60 mins

    so all this cardio is for cutting? i can do 5x a week at 35min cardio after weights? I was doing cardio for 25min 5x a week after weights.
