I'm 18, 5"10, 145lbs, and looking to bulk up could someone please make me a good workout for this and how many calories you guys recommend.
Also I've been training for nearly 2 years and during that time I have increased my muscle by about 16lbs and dropped my BF from 17%-11% am I a hardgainer or just training wrong. Usually I stick to 1 bodypart per day large muscles 10-12 sets and small muscles 6-8 sets, 10-12 reps. Eating 2600 calories and having 6 meals a day. What do you guys think?
