Weighted dips helps build all areas of your lower chest immensely.
And you should try to combine those 3 chest days in which your working out I'm assuming your Upper, Mid, and Lower chest into one day.
You won't be getting adequate rest time to allow growth.
try decline barbell press, or decline flys, also dont do your chest 3x per week do all of your chest excercises in one workout on one day you chest will never heal properly doing what ur doing.

Chest 3x a week is not a good idea. You can not target lower, inner or outer chest....just stick to the basics: BB and DB Bench and BB and DB incline.

Way too much bro.
Completely fail the muscles with your usual incline, flat, decline once a week 30 mins at the most. Make sure you hit them deep and recruit every last possible muscle fiber in your chest and then LET THEM REPAIR!!!
yeah bro 3xweek is too much decline bench and dips if you train right 1x week on each bodypart is plenty
