Hey guys I am new to the site but have been training for a year on and off. Ive recently become very serious about it and I was wandering if this was a good workout split for me.
Im 19, 5"9 ruffly and 138(I know...horrible) and I am really trying to pack on some muscle mass. This is my training split....tell me what you think.
Mon- Legs and Abs
Tues-OFF
Wends-Chest/ Shoulder/Triceps
Thur-Back/Biceps
Fri-OFF
Sat-OFF
Sun-OFF
I would do 3rd one on fri which I do if possible but most of the time due to my gym I attend being at my university which is a ways away from my home I usually workout when I have class which is Mon-THurs. Is this ok?
