They are recommened by the DC guys. Ive also read that mike mentzer liked to do them but on a cable pulldown with a straight bar.
I guess the advantage is that the bicep contracts equally from the top and bottom insertions.
ive done them like one time and didnt notice to much of anything but give em a try. see what you think and tell us about it.
