    Need some help with workout

    So here is my situation i did my first cycle it ended awhile back (test e dbol-sloppy bulk)and directly after i found decided i was going to cancun so i lost over 50 pounds in two and a half months "and not to mention my gains" just to see abs again.

    so after i get back from vaction i plan on doing a spring summer cycle. hope to maybe lose 2-3 percent more body fat and get my damn strength back.
    test prop 1-16 100mg ed
    tren A 2-14 75mg ed

    Goals
    Get bench back around 400+
    Get a more fully developed chest
    Lose 2-3 percent more bodyfat curently sitting around 10-11

    Workout NEEDS WORK I KNOW! Be gentle

    Monday Chest
    Flat bench 10 10 8 6 4
    dumbell incline 3x8-10
    incline flies 3x8-10
    decline 3x8
    cables 2x12

    Tuesday Legs and Lower back
    Squats 10 10 8 8 10
    extensions 3x10
    calf raises 3x30
    leg curls 4x10
    straight like deadlift 10 10 8 8 10


    Thursday Back and Shoulders
    Miltary barbell 10 8 6 4 10
    dumbells 3x8
    lateral raises 3x8
    Bent rows 4x8
    Lat pull down 4x10
    close grip 4x10
    pull ups 3x15

    Saturday Bi's and Tri's
    Barbell curls 10 8 8 10
    seated dumbell curls 3x10
    preacher curls 3x8-10
    Close grip bench 10 8 6 4
    rope pressdown 5x10
    skull crushers 4x8-10

    Abs 5 days a week
    Cardio 6 days a week 2 of those days twice daily 4 days once daily in AM
    only eating 2200 cals right now plan on slowly bumping it back up to 3000 before cycle.

    Any input would be appreciated

    IMO , your chest work outs looks good I would not do decline, I just do Dip and pull over, and I would do 4 sets of cable cross..

    And I never do tri and bi on same day... I would squeeze them in with a bigger muscle group...

    and also abbs 5 times a week sound too much iIMO...
