yeah, what do you do know?
dips are the upper body squats ......it will work all heads of the tri at the same time......
also using a closer grip on bench presses will target tris a bit more....
if your elbows can handle skull crushers then do those too but personaly my elbows hurt way to much just frm doing that excersise so I do other isolated movements ....remember to use palm up and palm down movements too...
As said above, what do you do now?
My 3 favorites are Dips, Closegrip bench, and OH extensions.
dont overtrain them!!8 sets seems 2 work 4 me and AFTER working an associated bodypart like chest.dont be like the gimps in my gym who spend day after day training arms with countless sets.what makes u think theyr lagging naway?
