Mine has been working pretty well and its

Leg raises 3 sets of 12

Twisting crunches (for obliques) 3 sets 12

    Nautilus for a finisher

I mix up the order all the time and throw some other stuff in as well

diet and cardio work best, to strenghten the core i'd do biclcles and v-sits, side sits, leg raises and crunches, each x25

to work lower abs i like to get on a pullup bar, and with my feet grab a dumbell then just raise legs. its worked so far but im sure there has to be a better way to get abs # 7+8

Like skiboy mentioned diet and cardio work best.
I'll run at least 3 sets of crunches / 25 reps
Through in 3 to 4 sets on the abb machine.
I'm not sure what they are called, but grab a 45lb. plate in one hand. Standing up straight lower the plate to the floor letting it slide down the side of your leg. Like your bending at the waist sideways. Do reps of 10 to 15 then swap hands. Works the obliques great.
