I want to be able to cut up as much as possible before summer, i know lowering your calories is one part and another is LOTS of cardio but what about training should that change significantly?

Monday: Chest, Abbs
Tuesday: Biceps, Legs
wensday: 45min Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders, Triceps
Friday; Back, Cardio
Sat: Cardio
Sunday Off
Doing 8 - 10 reps max weight
what a wierd split.... how much cardio are u running a week. and whats ur diet look like?
Yea i see its diff to alot of peoples in here but i find im nackerd after doing chest to do tries... and my legs dont need a seperate day... im guessing there is nothing wrong with this splitt...???
at the moment only bout 1 and half to two hours a week but im bulking.
add cardio to every workout. if possible do AM cardio. and i woudl try at least 60min of cardio. the real question how cut up are u looking to get? whats ur bf%? right now? and what do u want it to be? im guessing u want to see abs like everyone else.
also whats ur diet going to look like for your cutting cycle? cause ur not going to be able to cut up on a bulking cycle.
I dont see anything wrong with the split if its working for you. I just have never seen it.
well at the moment im in the 16% range.. yea abbs would be great but i have never ever been near that stage in my life and as im still bulking for a few months i can only see it going up :S Can you never get your b.f down while bulking? or is a clean bulk the best you can do? havent sorted out a diet for cutting yet.
you already at 16% bf u dont want to be running a dirty bulk. it is possible to drop bf on a bulking cycle, but not much at all, hence "bulk". take a peak in the diet section for a clean bulking cycle. diet is really key. you could run 10 hours of cardio a week but if your eating mcdonalds dont expect much.
yea im keeping clean the usual complex carbs, chiken tuna egg whites ect... the problem i have is wanting to keep the mass i have gained while cutting.... i normaly sacrafice this and end up giving up.... and going back to bulking....
