    Cardio times

    Hey, early morning cardio is hard to since i have school pretty early and the gym isnt really that close to my house.

    What about pm cardio?

    cardio is cardio, but a.m. cardio is more effective. it helps increase metabolsim throughout the day.

    I'm wondering if cardio in the pm like 9 or 10pm would be effective? or would that just starve my body overnight?

    If you cant do it in the morning, then I would do 20-30mins after you lift as the next best time.
