cardio is cardio, but a.m. cardio is more effective. it helps increase metabolsim throughout the day.
I'm wondering if cardio in the pm like 9 or 10pm would be effective? or would that just starve my body overnight?
If you cant do it in the morning, then I would do 20-30mins after you lift as the next best time.
