    Weight belt??

    Wuz up fellas! Do you guys know if using a weight belt to tight can cause stomach problems and gas? I have been using an old belt; leather but I have noticed that it is causing gas. Does anyone know if this is possible. I have noticed that when I where it I have stomach pains and gas after!

    never heard of a gas producing weight belt...

    I have hurt my stomach with the buckle before....reposition it
