Best order for 4 day split?

I go to school Mon-Thur so I have 4 days to workout....I just started doing 4 instead of 3 so I did
    Mon:Legs
    Tues:Shoulders/Abs
    Wends:Chest/Tris
    Thurs:Back/Bis

On chest excerises I felt like I couldn't lift as much as normal...is this possibly because my shoulders where sore? Should I reaarange? If so what would be the optimal arrangment? ALSO abs...work them out more than once a week?

That's a lot of training without any breaks. What about Mon/Tues Rest on Wed, then Thurs/Fri, rest over the weekend. With all that training the body needs time to recover and grow. I'm sure that you have your diet in check too.
    Good luck,

If I had your schedule, I'd go with:

    Monday - Chest
    Tuesday - back & bi's
    Wednesday - legs
    Thursday - tri's & shoulders

Throw in abs where you like. IMO, this will give you sufficent recovery time between workouts. Chest doesn't work your back & bi's but it will incorporate your tri's & shoulders. Obviously it'd be ideal to change things up in a couple/few months.

Never work your back and legs back to back. You should be doing both deadlifts and squats.. doing one the day after the other is a great way to set yourself up for injury. Space the two of them out as far as you can.. monday and thursday.
