Either train your biceps on the day you train your back or have a whole other day dedicated for your arms.

"If you are still training body parts and not movements, you have missed a signifigant amount of information written on the subject of resistance training in the past 10 years."
-Mike Boyle
The worst thing you can do is have an " arm" day. Train biceps after back.

Hey, to each his own, but I totally disagree, Ive tried both ways my arms have grown the best training them by themselves.Originally Posted by Jason865

Split
Sun: Chest/Calves/abs/intense interval cardio 22min
Monday: Back/Hams/med cardio 30min
Tuesday: Abs/light cardio 45min
Wed: Squats
Thursday: Shoulders/calves/med cardio 30min
Friday: Arms/Abs/Intense interval cardio 22min
thats my split but interestingly enough the bicep is connected to the shoulder?, hehe but anyway I've heard of a commonly used technique for shoulder injury prevention is to warm up the bicep tendon before any compound chest or shoulder movements so one would deduce that working the bicep with shoulder would probably in some way be synergenic
