    Leg Mass?

    Trying to get my legs to grow, would this routine fit the bill?

    Deads 6x6
    Squats 5x5 increasinf he weight 5lbs each week, today would be 175x5x5

    Lying Leg curl 4x8 not heavy but very slow negatives
    Leg press 3x20

    or is it beer to use the 12,10,8,8,6 approach for leg squats?

    I do this once a year.. also great to kickstart a leg routine..

    You do 20 rep squats every other day.

    U start off light, maybe 45 on each side, or waht ever u feel u can do EASILY..

    u do your easy leg workout, 20 reps.
    take a day off
    next day u put on 10lbs on each side.. raise it up by 20
    do 20 reps.. still easy right..
    than add 20more lbs, or 10lbs what ever you are comfortable doing..

    keep doing for like 3 or 4 weeks, or until u really tire them out.

    after that, your leg strength will improve drastically.
    than just go for mass,
    Workout your legs once a week, to put on size and maintain strength.

    for 20 days the protocol calls.. or as close to it as u can..


    U have to start off very easy of course.
    cause the weight is going to add up.

    20 reps the same weight, ..
    between 3-5 sets a day.
    every other day... always add weight to the squat the next day.
    Once you do this, and your legs strengthen,
    you will love squattin, your legs will be screaming for it.

    20 days would be 10 sessions..
    so if u add 20 lbs every time.. by the end of 20 days u'll be lifting 200lbs more than u first started with the easy weight..
    or if thats too much add 10lbs a session, so u go up 100lbs
    depending on your current strength..
    by the end of the protocol you want to be pushing something that will definetly challenge you. Plus only one day of rest, you are getting strong.

    DONT DO ANY OTHER LEG WORK in those 20days tho other than maybe calves
