how is this running program for weight loss?

that is the one i am considering starting, how is it? is there better programs out there? also i was planning on doing 4-5 days a week instead of 3

Just keep it simple for weight loss dude, its all about diet first and the cardio part is easy just do some power walking for an hour 4 days a week.

i need to run, i need the stamina for football, and i would like the increase in weight loss. I just need to know if this will work out, i am 5 11 254.
