So I've been doing martial arts since I could walk and working out for 7 years. It's my goal to do some kind of body building show come september, is that a reasonable goal?
So far I've been on a pheradrol cycle going on 3 weeks now and I feel solid as hell! I'm 5'11 and went from 165 to 171 which seems pretty solid. I upped the protien to about 160 or so grams per day, I eat like crazy about every 2-3 hours, and I'm doing a body building pendulum workout. In about 2 or so weeks after my pheradrol cycle I'm going on Isa-test for a test. supplement.

Anyway, is this a decent start? any suggestions on cutting and contest prep?
