lately ive been taking on more responsibility at work ( not my fuken choice) anyway this means traveling alot more, and it also means fuken up my training

I normaly rest on sat and sun! Knowing that i have to travel on the Monday, would me training on the sat and sun work??while not adjusting my routine, apart from the days.
Anyone else have this problem and what do you do??
Any routine i could use in a hotel room, with no weights??
Or should i just rest??
