    easy question, quick answer please

    JW...in yalls opinion, is 8 sets to failure good for large muscles, while 5 to failure sufficient for smaller? Thx!

    Yes, that sounds good... I usually go 5-6 for smaller muscles and 8-10 for larger... Although Columbus recommends 25-30 sets per muscle and is apparently getting great gains from it...

    lol...im new to ar...but have already laughed my fair share at columbus also haha
