Here is a tip that has helped me stay sane while cutting down.

Ive found that I like to supp. with a creatine type product while dieting for two reasons.

#1. helps out alot with strength while limiting CHO's

#2. Helps maintain a fuller look while doing more cardio. Before id try to diet down but would stop cause I looked really small, and I would look to stringy.

It wont help if you are already on creatine, and it might sound counter productive to use creatine while dieting but for me it works like a charm so far.

Im even thinking about doing this as part of pct for after my first cycle.
