    Clen and Cardio

    what was your routine while on clen or what kind of cardio routine should be inplace while running on clen... 1 hour a day, 1/2 hour, incline walk or mild jog, row.... please help

    ive been on clen for 2 weeks and doing an hour of cardio ed just walking at an incline on the treadmill about 3.5 mph i think is my speed just keeping my heart rate around 130 its all about your heart rate and doing it everyday

    Yea, I am starting my 4th week of clen and I do a lot of cardio. I do 45-60 min post workout on a treadclimber at med intensity and on off days. One peice of advice, do not take the clen too soon before the cardio session. I take all of my clen in the morning and do cardio at night, but a few hours in between should be enough.

    Im Just About To Finish A Clen /cyto Cycle And I Do About 45 Min Of Cardio A Day After Workout Elip Machine Lev 10 Ramp Level 5 Resistance.....i Take The Clen/cyto In Am And Workout About 7 Pm....works Good For Me...good Luck

    have you ever run it in your PCT, how did you change your diet and training at this time?

    Why don't you like to take it right before a cardio session? Does it get your heart rate going too fast? I will be walking for 30-45min of cardio in the morning right out of bed ED. I thought it would be a good pick me up before i get out the door on my walk.

    Hi,

    I have been doing cardio for 1hr at 7:30am every 2nd morning for the past 3 years and I dont really want to change my routine. What would be the best time for me to take my clen ?

    most people recomend to take it after your cardio so not to effect it.

    I guess it is just a personal preference. If I take it within 3 hrs or so before a workout or cardio I am constantly out of breath and my heart feels like it is going to beat out of my chest. LOL. My standing heart rate is like 130 before cardio if I take it too soon before. You can try it and see if it works for you. Since I always do workout and cardio at night, I just take all of the dose in the moning.

    what does clen do for you, what are the side effects. Also are you allowed to workout on clen?
