Am I doing to much cardio?
Doing 45 minutes first thing in the morning EOD.
Current weight 200lbs,6 feet tall,12% BF,39 years old
Eating 3500 super clean calories a day/400 grams protein
Current cycle 400 mgs Test E/week,37.5mgs Proviron /day,.5mg a-dex eod
Third cycle,but first one doing test.
Goals to gain 10-12 lean lbs of muscle.
Am I doing to much cardio?Is it hindering my gains?Should I bulk up first and then hit the cardio hard for the last 4 weeks of my cycle?Litle confused about this,input is greatly appreciated.

maybe its fine for your age..
I'm 26 so its kinda hard to give advice..
but I personally would find 45minutes too much..
I'd go for a mile or two jog every 3rd day or so... that takes about 20minutes..
I hit the heavy bag a bit before i do my workouts at the gym, but thats just like 2-3 3minute rounds so another 9minutes.. n thats it.

Thanks for the replies.Here is what my diet looks like,give or take.
Meal 1 6eggs whites,mixed with one whole egg,omelet with mushroom and asparagus.60grams of oats with strawberries and bananas.One scoop of whey.
Meal 2 Chicken breat,baked potota,green veggies
Meal 3 PWO shake
Meal 4 6-8 oz Salmon,baked pototo
Meal 5 Chicken breast,green veggies
Meal 6 Protein shake with fruit
Meal 7 2 cans of tuna
Meal 8 Cottage cheese,1 scoop of whey

45 min of cardio every other day is fine
