Alternative for rack deadlifts
I incorporate racks deadlifts into my routine for back development but at my new gym the safety pins stop right before knee level, which is not low enough. Is there any other way to incorporate rack deadlifts with out the rack? Can I just start out with the weight on the squat rack and just mimic the movement?

Yea man i had the same problem at my old gym, two things you can do, get one of those smaller platforms and place it underneath the bar, then that will bring your body higher so you can get a better range...or try weighted hyperextensions to hit the lower back...
