    Cardio during rest week

    Alright, ive been cutting recently, doing 3 days a week of weight training and 4 days a week of cardio, so basicly i have no days off from the gym. On top of that, i havent taken a week off of lifting in about 10-12 weeks. I know it is good to do around 8 weeks. My question is, if i were to take a week off of lifting, should i continue to do cardio on that off week? Or would it be best to stay away from the gym for that week?

    Whenever I actualy take a week off I make it a week off its time for rest if you apply stress to your body it will hinder recovery... The reason for the week off is it actualy takes your muscles up to 14 days to fully recover.... Now I'm not saying just sit on the couch... just take a walk or play some Basketball or something... just give your body a brake from train specific stress...

    I suppose it's best to completely rest, but on my rest days and weeks, I always still perform cardio.
