Alright, ive been cutting recently, doing 3 days a week of weight training and 4 days a week of cardio, so basicly i have no days off from the gym. On top of that, i havent taken a week off of lifting in about 10-12 weeks. I know it is good to do around 8 weeks. My question is, if i were to take a week off of lifting, should i continue to do cardio on that off week? Or would it be best to stay away from the gym for that week?
