agreed...after my leg workout i can barely walk back to my dormroom. maybe try pushing your leg workout intesity a bit. I dont see why you couldnt rest though...as long asyour still doing some cardio at other times of the week.
I do 40min on the Elliptical after legs. **** running after legs...the Elliptical is enough.
