    thinking of adding some cardio

    im thinking of adding some cardio to my training, im training for mass 3 times a week.

    the cardio im thinking about doing is just fast walking for about an hour, 2-3 times a week on my days off.

    what im worried about is loosing muscle through the cardio, do you think iv got much to worry about…

    im about 15% b/f at the moment, 80kg

    all i know is this, when i bulk, i dont do cardio, what is the point?

    if you do moderate heartrate cardio....you will lose a minimal amount of muscle.... 65% of your max heartrate will burn fat, yet burn minimal muscle.

    Only if You go below Your maintnance calorie level.
