    Please help, myth or not...

I need some myth questions to be answered with some real life experience...
i am on my 8th week enthanate/deca and end of the first week of liquid anavar

i have been lifting weights for more then 10 years now, sometimes as strength build up, some times as muscle gain purpusses... never the less i have done high reps low reps piramids and all...

my question is, since this is my first ever muscle, mass gain cycle.. i need to know what do you suggest is batter, all out 5-7 reps, or optimal 10-12 reps
simple example, before the cycle i was at 100lbs dumbells (each arm) struggling to do 8-9, last night i did 160 7 times no problem in very strict form... but i had nothing nothing left for 8th rep.. am i batter off training little "softer" while on juice so muscle can truelly get to work to the max, or push it to the limit and worry about the muscle looks on the cut down cycle...

how many reos do you guys usualy do, i have done all and all have really worked at the time for one time, as "clean" they all give me a pump.. but as of today, if i dont do super heavy it feels like waste... is it in my head?

to sum my super long rookie question, i want to know when juiced do you alter your work out habits... does going low reps high weight and limited excersize do batter then, semi high rep optimal weight all angle excersizes will do batter
i am 242 6'4 15%bf 26yr that wants to bulk up before final cut down , for good summer.

    thank you

wether your on or off should'nt matter, as long as the fundamentals of adequate recovery time, good form, nutrtion etc etc are in place, although I will agree that you COULD do a bit more while on that dosent ness. means you should.

forgive me if i missed the point i just breezed through your question but it sounds like your wanting to work on size right?

well the rep range is up to you, if you dont know what to do then start keeping a log book or at least right down a summary of what you did and how you felt each day then you will know what is best for you.

Nutrtion is what will make or break you in the size dept, the amount of reps dont.

IMO, I like to mix it up each time meaning that I favor Powerbuilding or a slight hybrid of powerlifting and bodybuilding. I start w/ bench on chest day
DL for back Squat for legs and do around 5x5 which is a traditional strenght program then what ever I do next is around 6-12 reps and do things like drop sets or rest pause...........

hope this helps out, and no I dont think its a rookie question.

320 lbs addition to your body weight or 320 lbs including bodyweight and added weights?
