I have a question on cardio.Is it true if you do to much it will limit your muscle gains? My splits are MON-chest,tri's
TUE-abs,legs
WED-back,bi's
THU-abs
FRI-shoulders,forearms
FRI,SAT-rest
but after each session i usually do 10:00-15:00 on the readmill at 7 mph.is that to much?or it doesnt matter at all? Thanks
