    Whole Routine Help!!?

    I have not been seeing any gains in muscle at all just wondering if anybody can tell me my faults. I do 10 minutes of cardio everyday after each workout MON-FRI 7 MPH on treadmill to keep fat gains down. my routine is
    MON--Chest,
    flat bench db 3 sets,8-10 reps
    cable flys 3 sets,8-10 reps
    incline db press 3 sets,8-10 reps
    decline db flys 3 sets,8-10 reps
    Tri's,
    Cable push-downs 3 sets,8-10 reps
    dips 3 sets,8-10 reps
    skull-crushers 3 sets,8-10 reps
    Cardio

    TUE--Abs
    Cardio

    WED--Back,
    Barbell bentover rows 3 sets,8-10 reps
    single arm db rows 3 sets,8-10 reps
    wide grip overhand pull-ups 3 sets,8-10 reps
    cable rows 3 sets,8-10 reps
    Bi's,
    E-z bar standing curls 3 sets,8-10 reps
    cable rope hammer curls 3 sets,8-10 reps
    single arm db curls 3 sets,8-10 reps
    Cardio

    THUR--Shoulder's,
    Lateral side raises 3 sets,8-10 reps
    Front raises 3 sets,8-10 reps
    db shoulder presses 3 sets,8-10 reps
    rear lat raises 3 sets,8-10 reps
    shrugs 3 sets,8-10 reps
    Legs,
    Cardio

    FRI--Abs
    Cardio

    My diet is good but i just think it;s somewhere in my routine i know it's long but input would be great. THANKS

    i do legs on thur and i do deadlift, and squats i just didnt feellike writing those because there givens but. beyond that does the routine look fine? and what about the cardio?

    Switch Wens Back W/ Mon Chest and Swith Fri cardio w/ Thurs Legs and shoulders.

    Also keep doing cardio and limit yourself to under 30mins each session, your prolly not gaining cause your cardio days are to high/strenous and your burning up too many cals.

    Maybe limit yourself to one day of cardio abs and just take the other day completly off

    but even on cardio and abs days i still only do 10 min. thats still to much for 5 days a week?
