ok so about a month ago i added a 4th day to my training routine, a delt/trap day. is it necessary to have their own special day? or could i split this up with another body part, any advice?

many do not have a sep day........many do it with either arms or chest........I like the 4-5 split, delts/rear delts on one day

i have a delt/rear delt/trap day
yeah mine is the same delt /rear delt /traps sometimes ill do some calves and abs on that day
traps with back, delts on shoulder day
to each his own
I usually do both.....a few sets with dbells (shrugs) on delt day, a few with the barbell on back day and a few reveresed on the smith with aux day of traps, cleans, push pres..........
