My wife wants to lose weight in the lower trunk region, what is better a stepper or an Elliptical. I like the stepper but she wants other input from other people. Thanks for the info. She does run and do ab workouts. But she is looking to buy an elliptical or an stepper.

it doesnt matter what you use as long as you moniter your heart rate you will lose body fat and weight on any machine you use.....giants suck
